Choose product that you want to buy and click "Order Now". 

Full fill order form or contact us to make your order. After received your order we'll send you an order overview with payment method through your email.

After you complete your payment, you'll receive a order confirmation email with the expected delivery day. 

Yes, you can. 7 days after you receive the order confirmation email, we'll send you tracking code of your order through your email. 

It will take about 5 weeks for you to receive your order:

• The product takes 5-7days to produce (large order may take longer time)

• Delivery time 20-30 days (business days)

• Free shipping for order from Vietnam. For overseas, you can refer the shipping fee quotation here 

Once you place an order, you can cancel but NO refund after payment. If there is an issue with your order, please email us immediately at info@thichgiindo.com and we will try to accommodate you if possible. 

Yes, in some cases we are able to offer discounts on bulk orders. Please email us at info@thichgiindo.com with your request. 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email info@thichgiindo.com within 7 days time and include unboxing video, clear photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We can only resolved when you have unboxing video. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We do not offer returns and exchanges. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know right away by emailing info@thichgiindo.com. Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items.
